Brasil e União Europeia: a questão agrícola à luz das negociações internacionais

Abstract

Levando em consideração que a União Europeia é o maior importador de produtos agrícolas do mundo e que o Brasil é um dos maiores exportadores deste tipo de produto, surge o interesse em analisar mais afundo as relações comerciais destes países. Sendo assim, este trabalho tem como finalidade mostrar o perfil das importações europeias de agro produtos para que se conheça o negócio, e apontar as principais negociações comerciais como oportunidades para as exportações agrícolas brasileiras. Na fundamentação teórica, utilizamos publicações nacionais e internacionais sobre o assunto, além de artigos e teses. Para conseguir cumprir com o objetivo proposto, realizamos uma pesquisa através de estudo de caso com a entidade ABAG, a fim de compreender o nível de entendimento da entidade sobre o assunto e a perspectiva da mesma. O contato foi feito através de e-mail com o sr. Luiz Antônio Pinazza, onde apresentamos um questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas. Após analisar as respostas da empresa e com o conhecimento adquirido na produção deste trabalho, foi possível verificar que o Brasil tem sua relevância como fornecedor agrícola da União Europeia e que este mercado é muito importante para o país. No entanto, ainda existem oportunidades de expansão, onde as negociações internacionais tendem a desempenhar um papel importante.the whole world, and Brazil is the one of the major exporter of this kind of product, become the interest in analyzing further deepen trade relations of these countries. However, this work has as purpose show the European profile as importer of agricultural products to know their business, and point the main trade negotiations as opportunities for Brazilian agricultural exports. On theoretic grounds, we use national and international publications about the subject, as well as articles and thesis. In order to accomplish the proposed objective, we conducted a survey through case study with ABAG, with propose to know the entity’s level of understanding about the subject and what’s the perspective of the company to this kind of market. The contact was establish through mail with the Mr. Luiz Antônio Pinazza, where we present a quiz with open and close questions. After we analyze the answers of this company and with knowledge of this work, was possible to show that Brazil has relevance as an agricultural supplier of European Union and that this Market is very important to the country. However, there are still opportunities for expansion, where international negotiations can play a major role.
