Resumo
O trabalho apresenta um projeto de melhorias no procedimento de curvamento de tubos. Onde
se compara, e busca a melhora do funcionamento com os demais produtos no mercado com seus
respectivos valores. Com base nos problemas dos modelos já existentes, será projetado um
dispositivo para indústria da Metalmecânica, que realize o processo de curvamento, aumentando a
produtividade e diminuindo a mão de obra. Usando diferentes métodos, para obter melhor
funcionalidade e eficiência. Realizando cálculos para comprovar a eficiência e o alcance do projeto.
Mostrando através de desenhos e esboços componentes que serão usados na sua construção.
Assim, será desenvolvida uma máquina de curvar tubos que atenda aos requisitos das empresas,
respeitando a saúde e segurança de seu operador.
Abstract The work presents a project for improvements in the pipe bending procedure. It compares and seeks to enhance the operation compared to other products in the market, along with their respective values. Based on the issues of existing models, a device will be designed for the Metalworking industry to perform the bending process, increasing productivity, and reducing manual labor. Various methods will be employed to achieve better functionality and efficiency. Calculations will be conducted to prove the effectiveness and scope of the project. The components to be used in its construction will be illustrated through drawings and sketches. Thus, a tube bending machine will be developed that meets the requirements of companies while respecting the health and safety of its operator
