Abstract

A CentralStop é uma empresa que será implantada no mercado com o objetivo de oferecer inovação na área de terceirização e prestação de serviço, no qual surgiu após a identificação da necessidade de abertura em algo relacionado a esta área. A empresa conta com uma inovação em pontos de ônibus climatizados com um ambiente agradável e acolhedor, oferece o melhor conforto com o objetivo de atrair clientes como as prefeituras de outras cidades e satisfazê-las, consequentemente garantindo confiança e fidelidade. Após a realização em uma pesquisa quantitativa, identificamos que 100% dos entrevistados disseram que acham viável e interessante a abertura de uma empresa no ramo de terceirização ao meio público, tornando assim a abertura viável da mesma. Para que tudo ocorra como foi planejado, e a marca seja fidelizada de forma satisfatória, os investimentos serão aplicados na área de marketing, capacitação para colaboradores de forma que possuem atendimento qualificado e preços acessíveis para todo o público que se interessar em alguma atração.The CentralStop is a company that will be deployed in the market with the objective of offering innovation in the area of outsourcing and service provision, in which it emerged after identifying the need for openness in something related to this area.
