Os crimes virtuais e a legislação brasileira

Abstract

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a atual situação dos crimes virtuais no Brasil. Nesse contexto, analisou-se a história da internet, com enfoque ao surgimento da criminalidade virtual e suas consequências perante a legislação vigente aplicável que é escassa e defeituosa, os crimes mais comuns e suas peculiaridades, além de assuntos relevantes relacionados ao tema. Por fim, abordou-se métodos de prevenções como possíveis soluções para a vulnerabilidade dos usuários que utilizam a internet. Este projeto foi elaborado a partir de pesquisas bibliográficas, consultando leis reguladoras, artigos, análise direta com perguntas feitas ao público, livros e sites informativos.This study aims to analyze the current situation of virtual crimes in Brazil. In this context, the history of the internet was analyzed, focusing on the emergence of crime virtual reality and its consequences under current applicable legislation, which is scarce and defective, the most common crimes and their peculiarities, as well as relevant issues related to the topic. Finally, prevention methods were discussed as possible solutions to vulnerability of users using the internet. This project was developed based on research bibliographical, consulting regulatory laws, articles, direct analysis with questions asked to the public, books and informative websites.
