Abstract

A falta do conhecimento sobre os malefícios da indústria da moda mantém vivo o sistema que escraviza e é considerado a segunda indústria mais poluente do mundo, De acordo com o artigo Práticas para Transição à Economia Circular em Confecções da Universidade de Caxias do Sul. O objetivo central deste artigo é sensibilizar, a partir do desfile “Beyond the stars”, a comunidade escolar diante ao tópico, além de analisar a viabilidade da prática, descobrindo se renovar peças seria algo realmente acessível ao público. A pesquisa deste presente artigo tem natureza bibliográfica, ou seja, foram utilizados livros, artigos acadêmicos, revistas, teses, monografias, dissertações, entre outros.Abstract The lack of knowledge about the harms of the fashion industry keeps the system that enslaves and is considered the second most polluting industry in the world accordingly to the article Práticas para Transição à Economia Circular em Confecções from the Caxias do Sul University. The central objective of this article was to raise awareness of the topic through the “Beyond the stars” parade, in addition to analyzing the feasibility of the practice, discovering whether renewing pieces would be truly accessible to the public. The research for this article is bibliographic in nature, that is, books, academic articles, magazines, theses, monographs, dissertations, among others, were used.
