Manutenção em tratores agrícolas.

Abstract

Realizou-se um levantamento de manutenção de tratores agrícolas, através de pesquisas realizadas em livros e apostilas de treinamento de operadores e revenda de maquinas. Neste trabalho realizado foi apresentado alguns pontos que mais atinge o funcionamento dos tratores agrícolas, como, sistema de embreagem, sistema de alimentação, caixa de engrenagem ou caixa de câmbio, sistema de arrefecimento, sistema da direção hidráulica, sistema elétrico. O trabalho mostra o que é manutenção, objetivo da manutenção, política da manutenção, importância da manutenção em tratores, e a importância do gestor na manutenção. Apresenta tipos de manutenção periódica, detectiva, corretiva e preventiva, vantagem e desvantagem das mesmas. Além das quebras comentadas, abordamos alguns tipos de serviços executados diariamente, podendo ser feitos pelos operadores. Relatou-se normas de trabalho no campo, e também dentro das oficinas mecânicas ou revendas. O trabalho teve como finalidade mostrar como se aplica a manutenção preventiva detalhadamente em alguns serviços das partes do sistema dos tratores agrícolas.We conducted a survey of maintenance of agricultural tractors through research in books and handouts training operators and retail machines. In this work it was presented some points that most affects the functioning of agricultural tractors, as clutch system, power system, gearbox and gearbox, cooling system, power steering system, electrical system. The work shows what is maintenance, goal maintenance, maintenance policy, importance of maintenance on tractors, and the importance of managing maintenance. It presents types of periodic maintenance, detective, corrective and preventive, advantage and disadvantage thereof. In addition to the commented breaks, we address some services run daily and can be made by operators. Labor standards it is reported in the field, and inside the machine shops or dealers. The work aimed to show how it applies to preventive maintenance services detail in some parts of the system of agricultural tractors.
