Abstract

Devido ao aumento das vendas do e-commerce, muitas lojas que nem atuavam nessa área se reestruturaram para atender a população após a pandemia do COVID 19. Um processo que parece fácil, mas o maior desafio não é conquistar novos clientes, mas sim fidelizar os antigos. Com sistemas de gestão e agregando uma nova forma de trabalhar, fazendo com que a empresa se reinvente no setor de logística, sob encomenda, separação e distribuição. Esta pesquisa investigativa e qualitativa mostra como os produtos podem chegar antes mesmo do prazo. Apresentando resultados positivos e eficazes.Due to the increase in e-commerce sales, many stores that did not even operate in this area restructured to meet the population after the COVID 19 pandemic.
