Abstract

As principais dificuldades destacadas no Terceiro Setor se dão a muitas pessoas que desejam abrir uma ONG atualmente, porém um dos maiores desafios para essa realização é a informação de como fazer e até mesmo o próprio conhecimento do que é preciso para fazer o registro. Com o objetivo de orientar e instruir os futuros – e os atuais – responsáveis de ONG´s no Brasil sobre o processo de abertura e registro, trazemos esse documento contendo o passo a passo e mais algumas informações.The main difficulties highlighted in the Third Sector are given to the all many people who wish to open an NGO nowadays, but one of the biggest challenges for this realization is the information on how to do it and even the very knowledge of what it takes to make the registration. In order to orient and instruct future - and current - NGO owners in Brazil about the process of opening and registration, we bring this document containing step-by-step and some more information.
