SOFT SKILLS: como o RH pode desenvolver às Soft Skills para geração millennium

Abstract

O presente trabalho, trata-se de um artigo de revisão bibliográfica. A base da pesquisa utilizou-se artigos científicos da plataforma digital Google Acadêmico. Utilizando-se as palavras Soft Skills e Geração Millenium para busca. O objetivo foi mostrar a importância das Soft Skills na Geração Millenium na Indústria 4.0 e o papel dos Recursos Humanos. Realizada a pesquisa, constatou-se a importância do Sistema Educacional, através das metodologias ativas como estratégia para o desenvolvimento das Soft Skills, assim como, das organizações investirem em treinamentos específicos para o aprimoramento das competências socioemocionais.The present work is a bibliographic review article. The basis of the research was used scientific articles from the Google Scholar digital platform. Using the words Soft Skills and Generation Millenium to search. The objective was to show the importance of Soft Skills in the Millenium Generation in Industry 4.0 and the role of Human Resources. After carrying out the research, the importance of the Educational System was verified, through active methodologies as a strategy for the development of Soft Skills, as well as for organizations to invest in specific training for the improvement of socio-emotional skills.
