O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresenta o plano de marketing da AstroCookie, uma empresa inovadora que combina astrologia e confeitaria, oferecendo cookies personalizados para cada signo do zodíaco. O estudo aborda as tendências de personalização no mercado alimentício, detalha a análise do ambiente interno e externo, e apresenta estratégias para inserção e posicionamento da marca no mercado. Utilizou-se pesquisa de mercado quantitativa, análise SWOT e diagnósticos macro e micro ambientais para fundamentar as estratégias. O objetivo principal é estabelecer uma conexão emocional com o público, aliando criatividade, qualidade e personalização.

The present Graduation Project presents the marketing plan for AstroCookie, an innovative company that combines astrology and confectionery, offering personalized cookies for each zodiac sign. The study explores personalization trends in the food market, provides a detailed analysis of the internal and external environments, and presents strategies for the brand's market entry and positioning. Quantitative market research, SWOT analysis, and macro- and micro-environmental diagnostics were used to support the strategies.
