Bancada Didática para servomotores

Abstract

Este projeto foca no desenvolvimento de uma bancada didática que será utilizada pelos professores da FATEC Adib Moises Dib. Neste projeto os docentes poderão demonstrar em aula o uso e funcionamento dos servomotores podendo ser atuados simultaneamente, utilizando um notebook ou uma IHM. São utilizados os seguintes equipamentos da Mitsubishi: dois servomotores, dois servocontroladores, um Controlador Lógico Programável, um switch para comunicação Ethernet. Os servomotores podem ser controlados pelo servo controlador que utiliza o software MRConfigurator2 e o Controlador Lógico Programável que utiliza o GXWorks3.This project focuses on the development of a didatics bench that will be used by FATEC Adib Moises Dib teachers. In this project, the educators will be able to demonstrate in class the use and operation of servomotors, which can be operated simultaneously, using a notebook or an HMI. The following Mitsubishi equipment is used: two servomotors, two servocontrollers, a Programmable Logic Controller and a switch for Ethernet communication. The servomotors can be controlled by the servocontroller using the MRConfigurator2 software and the Programmable Logic Controller uses the GXWorks3.
