Abstract

Os hábitos de leitura das pessoas vêm mudando graças aos avanços da Era Digital, e isso se deve ao fato do surgimento de novos meios de entretenimento. Houve também um declínio no percentual de leitores tanto por causa desses avanços, como também pela dificuldade de acesso aos livros por conta dos altos preços. A prática da leitura é essencial para o desenvolvimento das mais diversas áreas cognitivas do indivíduo. Os benefícios dela estão associados ao pensamento crítico e flexibilidade analítica, estimulação à criatividade, expansão do vocabulário e melhora nas técnicas de escrita, além da agregação de culturas e conhecimento gerais. O projeto BiblioTech tem como objetivo resgatar o hábito tradicional da leitura através do desenvolvimento do aplicativo de gerenciamento de bibliotecas, organizando e facilitando o processo de empréstimo de livros aos leitores de uma biblioteca, assim oferecendo a maior vantagem que é o usuário poder receber os livros de sua escolha em sua residência. As entregas serão feitas por um entregador e a devolução pode ser feita pelo mesmo ou, em caso de atraso, fisicamente na biblioteca.People's reading habits have been changing thanks to the advances of the Digital Age, and this is due to the emergence of new ways of entertainment. The BiblioTech project aims to rescue the traditional habit of reading through the development of a library management application, organizing and facilitating the process of loaning books to a library's readers, thus offering the greatest advantage that the user can receive the books of your choice in your residence. Deliveries will be made by a delivery man and the return can be made by the same person or, in case of delay, physically at the library.
