Resumo
O presente Artigo Científico tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo sobre a inclusão de
pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho, ou seja, mostrar a dificuldade dos
profissionais ao ser incluído, e possíveis soluções. Inicialmente foram feitas pesquisas para o
levantamento de leis que apontam tal fato. A partir das informações obtidas, foi realizada uma
reflexão sobre como incluir esses profissionais mostrando que devem ser indissociáveis dos
outros profissionais.
This Scientific Article aims to present a study on the inclusion of people with disabilities in the job market, that is, showing the difficulty of professionals to be included, and possible solutions. Initially, research was carried out to survey of laws that point out this fact.
