A representatividade das mulheres na área contábil

Abstract

Afim de demonstrar qual a representatividade feminina no meio contábil, o presente artigo cientifico evidência como as mulheres contribuem para o segmento da contabilidade, através de informações relevantes retiradas do CRC. Com o objetivo de romper os estereótipos negativos associados as figuras femininas e dessa forma validar sua evolução no decorrer da história através das grandes mulheres em cargos de direção.In order to demonstrate the female representation in the accounting environment, this scientific article evidences how women contribute to the accounting segment, through relevant information taken from the CRC. In order to break the negative stereotypes associated with female figures and thus validate their evolution throughout history through great women in positions of rights.
