Abstract

O objetivo deste Trabalho de Graduação foi de apresentar o planejamento completo para a implantação de uma Agência de Marketing digital, visando o mercado do município de Sertãozinho – SP e região. Durante o desenvolvimento do estudo, a metodologia utilizada foi a descritiva baseada na revisão bibliográfica, com o propósito de analisar na literatura os conceitos apresentados e realizar o levantamento de dados e informações econômico-financeiras e mercadológicas. A pesquisa de mercado permitiu identificar os possíveis concorrentes, clientes e descobrir quais os melhores fornecedores da região. A intenção deste trabalho é verificar a viabilidade de abertura da empresa e estabelecer os parâmetros necessários para a implementação do negócio. A conclusão do estudo resulta no desenvolvimento do plano de negócios tal como com as respostas obtidas a partir da pesquisa.The objective of this graduation work was to present the complete planning for the implementation of a Digital Marketing Agency, targeting the market in the municipality of Sertãozinho - SP and its surrounding region. During the development of the study, the methodology used was descriptive, based on a bibliographic review, with the purpose of analyzing the concepts presented in the literature and conducting the survey of economic-financial and market data and information. The market research made it possible to identify potential competitors, customers, and discover the best suppliers in the region. The intention of this work is to verify the viability of opening the company and establish the necessary parameters for the implementation of the business. The completion of the study results in the development of the business plan, as well as the responses obtained from the survey.
