Resumo
Este trabalho teve como objetivo demonstrar os impactos do marketing digital nos
canais de comunicação de uma empresa de informática, através de um estudo de
caso. Os principais temas abordados foram marketing, marketing digital, internet,
sites, redes sociais e comportamento do consumidor. Os principais autores citados
durante a realização deste estudo, foram: Kotler, McCarthy, Churchill, Nancy, Torres.
O estudo foi realizado com o apoio dos sócios para relatar as funções exercidas nas
redes sociais e dos canais de comunicação dentro da organização, atividades
cotiadas nessas ferramentas que influenciam a organização, o que a empresa
entende sobre o que é o marketing, quais as ferramentas utilizadas e quais os
objetivos da empresa com o uso delas. Como resultado, verificou-se que o
remapeamento das atividades realizadas nos canais de comunicação ajudou em uma
diminuição de tarefas diárias e que existem possibilidades de melhorias nas
ferramentas de marketing digital utilizadas pela empresa.
