Organização de eventos: O diferencial do secretariado.

Abstract

Este artigo discute o desempenho do profissional de Secretariado na ação de eventos e os seus benefícios, e possíveis danos caso não tenha um profissional competente. O exibido trabalho foi elaborado por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas, as quais constata a relevância da organização de eventos em todos seus artifícios. Outrossim, destaca os proveitos do planejamento e do estabelecimento de passos a serem seguidos afim de evitar prejuízos e deteriorações irreversíveis (Boate Kiss). Bem como identifica as habilidades do profissional da área secretarial que o torna apto a desempenhar as funções necessárias para execução destes acontecimentos com praticidade e agilidade. Logo, trazendo excelentes resultados a organização e ao lazer dos indivíduos presentes no tal. Dessa forma, os eventos tornaram-se algo rotineiro e de extrema relevância, pois quando bem organizados salientam os diferenciais que possuem, assim, evitando quaisquer transtornos e, além disso, mostrando ser algo inesquecível.
