Resumo
O Marketing digital mostra-se cada vez mais importante para as empresas que desejam conquistar e fidelizar seus clientes, de uma forma diferente das que eram utilizadas tradicionalmente. Portanto, objetivo deste artigo é analisar o impacto e eficácia em que as redes sociais causam no ambiente empresarial, por meio do marketing digital. Utiliza-se de pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória para atestar a relevância que as mídias sociais causam na comunicação com os clientes e na forma que podem influenciar o número de vendas. Infere-se que, com o auxílio de algumas ferramentas o marketing realizado digitalmente torna-se mais prático, facilitando a rotina empresarial.
Digital Marketing is proving to be increasingly important for the companies that wish to win over and retain their client, in a different way from the ones traditionally used. Therefore, the objective of this article is to analyze the impact and efficiency that social networks cause in the business ambience, through digital marketing. Exploratory bibliographic research is used to attest to the relevance that social networks cause in communication with the client and in a way they can influence the number of sales. It is inferred that, with the assist of some tools the marketing digitally realized becomes practical, facilitating the Empresarial routine.
